Contesting Speeding Deletion Under Clause Section A7

I have to state following facts against the exercise of A7:

It is not true that the article is such that "the article appears to be about about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia."

Secondly that I have already given reference to an established Historian Sumit Sarkar wherein in the fact is mentioned.

Thirdly, Hemchandra Qanugo is already mentioned in one of the article already available on this site. I am not fully conversant with making the links and secondly I had adopted the spellings "Kanungo" where as in case of already existing reference it is Qanungo. Otherwise I would have linked it to already existing article.

Fourthly, I am sure if this article and the historic person referred here is shown to the established writers of Indian History Group, they will approve that an article on Hemchandra should be included because he represented a phase of freedom struggle of India wherein there was paradigm shift in means of agitation in the British colony.

I must say that editor has reached a contrary conclusion wherein A7 does not apply but he has done it. It should be reviewed and then only any further action may be taken.
