I removed the link to Jean-Antoine de Mesmes (premier président). Jay, the source, simple says "the President de Mesmes". Now there are at least four members of that family that were Presidents at the Paris Parlement (see the family tree on the article Jean-Jacques de Mesmes). Jean-Antoine (1598-1673, who has no Wikipedia article) might fit best after the dates, but I think we need some additional evidence before we can take a final decision. Or have I missed something and the link to Jean-Antoine 1er Président is supported in one of the other refrences? With thanks. Johannes Schade (talk) 15:19, 24 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
