Hittite Influence on Turkish Cuisine

While it seems quite plausible that some aspects of present-day Turkish cuisine descend from the Hittites, in other respects Turkish cuisine resembles Central Asian cuisine, and in some ways has probably also been influenced by the cuisine of the Levant. It would be helpful if the article sorted out some of the various influences. As it is it seems to attribute everything to the Hittites, which is unlikely.Bill (talk) 03:48, 5 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
