According to the Homeric Hymn III to Delian Apollo (92-100) "Delos was very glad at the birth of the far-shooting lord. But Leto was racked nine days and nine nights with pangs beyond wont. [95] And there were with her all the chiefest of the goddesses, Dione and Rhea and Ichnaea and Themis and loud-moaning Amphitrite and the other deathless goddesses ..."

This article states that "Ichnaea" is an epithet but from the above I would rather contend that it has to be somebody else other than Themis (note the grammar – Rhea and Ichnaea and Themis).
