Content split? Possible merger?

The content of this page has been partly duplicated at the recently created page, Ghanaian nationality law. I can't see that there is enough difference in the content to justify two articles and wonder whether they could be merged. --CharlieDelta (talk) 17:29, 22 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
