This article mostly consists of a long list of episodes of this TV series. I do not see how copy editing will change the situation. I am removing the copyedit template. --DThomsen8 (talk) 23:04, 25 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Following the copyedit template, there was this inline comment:

The show premiered in September 1976, not in April 1977, so the original broadcast dates given in the article are all wrong. For example, according to the New York Times, the following broadcasts occurred on Channel 4 in New York City: Sep. 20, 1976 - Loch Ness Monster; Sep 27, 1976 - Bermuda Triangle; Oct 4, 1976 - Ghosts ; Oct 11, 1976 - UFOs.

Exactly right. In Search Of debuted in 1976, notably including episodes of The Loch Ness Monster,Bigfoot and Strange Visitors...All made in 1976, not 1977. Please fix this. Seeing the incorrect dates, of a TV show some of us have actually seen in a certain year is very frustrating and annoying. I've seen all episodes of In Search Of several times and as far as I know, Sharron Miller was never a presenter, though she was a writer, producer and director. I just saw a commercial on

It has apparently been added to this article, but much info is missing. As of right now, it lists SIX episodes, yet I just got done watching the two-hour NINTH episode.

I came here seeking info about the swapping back and forth of at least two lists of identifying criteria given in Plato's account and am disappointed that it hasn't been kept current.
