This is a very poorly written article (as evidenced by the notice at the top of the article) which has not been fixed. A lot of the information seems just to be copied directly from the IRCS website, with additions that are unsourced and unclear if it is true or not. Additionally a lot of information can be wikilinked to the main Red Cross article.
