Was the name of the album (or the title track) taken from the

Warhol superstar "International Velvet" (aka Susan Bottomly) or the film International Velvet (or the earlier National Velvet)? Or somewhere else? --David Edgar 18:06, 2 August 2006 (UTC)[reply
