Maryland Lottery Commercial?

Has anyone seen the Maryland Lottery commercial about tailgating that I'm pretty sure features JD Williams? He's the character that's waiting outside the porta-john the entire commercial. First four seasons

The line "Williams has appeared as Preston "Bodie" Broadus in the first four seasons of The Wire" is a virtual spoiler. Anyone who is currently watching The Wire can quickly deduce what it means if he isn't in Season 5(I know I did).
