I put the "constituency" back in for two reasons. 1) It does appear on many legislators pages 2) It denotes what area of the state these legislators represent, which is valuable information, so it should stay. People probably keep deleting the succession boxes at the bottom because they are redundant to the infobox. Here's the deal, leave the constituency fields and I'll leave the succession boxes.
