First, it would be appreciable if you get a username and sign your comments. Regarding the movement, there already is a history of double redirects. And then, you may not use IAST code while searching for an article, would you? --

THHHH

Kalidas is widely believed to have been born in Vidarbha, and not in Malwa. There is also a memorial there. I tried to upload an image about this memorial, but it seems that the image will take some time to appear. Please don't delete it. --Wikindian 19:20, 26 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

WikiProject class rating

This article was automatically assessed because at least one WikiProject had rated the article as start, and the rating on other projects was brought up to start class. BetacommandBot 18:32, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fringe Literature

KD Sethna's Problems of Ancient India may be popular in some revisionist circles, but it has zero credibility in academic literature. It's a pity that his chapter on Kalidasa was used to source material for this article. We definitely need better sourcing. rudra (talk) 08:00, 6 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Kalidasa called as Shakespear of India.

How could one call Kalidasa who lived centuries before Shakespear was even born be called him as Shakespear of India?? it is idiotic to compare two poets of different eras and different languages, culture and religion. 49.249.251.150 (talk) 08:56, 24 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
