Question on dates

How is it that the school was founded in 1990, but as of 1988, the government had no plans to fund it? Boneyard90 (talk) 14:09, 21 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I see. Perhaps it can be worded slightly different, to avoid confusion. Like, mention that during the "planning stages" in 1988, the government decided not to fund it; then it was established in 1990. Good luck. Boneyard90 (talk) 13:11, 10 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Unfortunately http://www.keio.westchester.ny.us/ seems like it never archived. I found the URL here: http://web.archive.org/web/19961219050354/http://www.keio.ac.jp/
