Is this person only formerly notable since he is no longer a federal judge for etc etc?[1] which says, Hon. Kenneth Conboy is a partner in Latham & Watkins' New York office and former United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York. That's a pretty interesting point. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. I tend to think that all U.S. federal judges are pretty notable for the plain fact that it's a somewhat political appointment for basically a lifetime of service where there is a great potential to shape the course of the law. But if he resigned it seems less clear. This article has been pretty stubby ever since I created it. Maybe I should delve a little deeper and see what I can find.
