LK250?
I don't think the keyboard supplied for DEC's "PC" type products, such as the Rainbow and DECmate, was actually the LK201. As far as I can remember, they used a keyboard connector that was electrically and physically the same as the PC-AT, whereas the LK201-to-VT220 serial protocol was proprietary, although I can't remember what its connector was like! RJ-11?
The name I have in my head for DEC's PC-AT keyboard is LK250, but I'm not entirely sure.
