It seems to me that a very useful addition to this list would be the SG catalogue number for each stamp.

In the Decimal issues Small size table, surely all those only issued with elliptical perfs should appear in the same column. Some, eg 62p red, appear in the first column and some, eg 72p red, in the second. Column headings are ambiguous; 'Date 1st issued in full perfs' and 'Date 1st issued in elliptical perfs' might be clearer and would make blank entries self explanatory.
