Who are we listing?
There is a problem with this article. In spite of the title, Conradi and Murphree were never presidents of FSU, but rather presidents of Seminary West of the Suwannee River, Florida State College, Florida Female College, and/or Florida State College for Women. "Fair enough" you say, "it's all the same school". If that is the case, we need to add the remaining presidents: Alvin Lewis (1892-97) and George Edgar (1887-92), both of whom were presidents of Seminary West of the Suwannee River. (Earlier heads were called "principals".) We need to pick one approach or the other, though. (See this ref.) Tim Ross (talk) 15:09, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
I went ahead and added Lewis and Edgar to the list; easy enough to remove if that turns out to be incorrect. Tim Ross (talk) 12:12, 12 June 2008 (UTC)
- I suggest we also list the "principals" as shown on the History of Florida State University page. Might as well be complete.
