When does Velasco's term as House Speaker officially start? Is it when he was elected during the Celebrity Sports Complex gathering which is October 12, 2020 or was it when that election was ratified (by the same 186 representatives who elected him the day before) on October 13, 2020 at the

It is officially October 13. The validity of the event on the 12th is disputed. However, another voting was done the following day where the mace is already present. Cayetano has "resigned" on that day, too. HiwilmsTalk 18:48, 21 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
