Manatee County has a plug-in hybrid schoolbus. Maybe this is part of some larger campaign that could be written about. Just an idea.

Article Reorganization
I feel like this article could use a organizational overhaul and I'm happy to help. To start, I've been working on this history but also took a peek at the demographics. Is there a reason to keep previous census' data in there? Or can I update the demographics with information from 2020 census and remove everything else? I'll leave this here on the talk page for a couple days and if I don't hear any objections, I will remove references to 2000 and 2010 census as it seems unhelpful in the demographics section.
- @WP:TPNEW.) It is customary to keep only the demographic breakdowns from the most recent decennial census. - Donald Albury 00:13, 29 March 2022 (UTC)]
