Problem description

check art 187 of polish Constitution. 187.1.3 is about council of the judiciary members elected from parliament who must be elected by parliament. 187.1.2 is about other 15 members, without adding who should elect them. it is clear that Constitution do not set who should elect them, so also parliament can elect them, what was done. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Krzystos (talkcontribs) 09:20, 11 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
