Proposed merge with American Watercolor Society

I agree. I think that although the NY Watercolor Club is the superior article, it should be folded into the AWS article. The American Watercolor Society is the current and most widely recognized name for the organization. I have never participated in a merger and am not sure of the protocol. Will read up on it.
