I was researching all sorts of oil and gas issues, and then was deep into joint operational issues. practically every oil and gas well out there has a JOA (Joint Operating Agreement)... all of the sudden I was at some Newspaper Preservation Page... Joint Operating Agreements are adopted by may industries such as oil and gas. As such it should not link to a statute on newspapers.
