Bridgepoint bought its part of NCG from Ratos who had co-owned it with Bonniers. The combined company came into being through Ratos's previous ownership of Finnkino.[1] At the time of the SF-Finnkino merger, the Bonnier part was 40 percent. After Bridgepoint's purchase, Bonnier still kept 30 percent, so presumably sold 10 of its original 40 percent stake, while Ratos sold the entirety of their part. Bonnier finally sold its remaining 30 percent in Jan. 2017 to AMC when AMC bought the whole company.[2][3][4][5]
