I made requested style changes, and content changes (prose clean-up, neutral language, added references) to upgrade article to B class. Checked with two others who made the suggestions.

There are a number of external links now, to other Wikipedia articles and outside sources ... should remove the 'orphan status' and upgrade ...

I am trying to improve the article on Norman Adler ... I have added data and sources but can't get the bibliography quite right; I have tried to get the references in order by going through your editing guidelines but can't seem to get everything in order.
