I propose

If anyone is looking to update this article, there is some good information on the RTA website here and numerous historical and construction pictures here, which would probably be public domain by now. amitch 12:52, 17 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

"Currently, NIMBY types seem intent on blocking any develpment to the detriment of the local community." -- Removed again.
