WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for "Novembre". There are many pages on the English Wikipedia with "Novembre" in their title (note that "Novembre" is French for November), and many are likely of comparable notability if not even more than this band. Of the 26 wikilinks linked to by the nom that include "Novembre", 10 are partial title matches, 13 are redirects, and 1 is part of a dab, leaving exactly two articles actually called "Novembre" - this one and the song article.
