Improvements have been made. As per these replies I am removing 2 links to svWP and not red-linking that name since an article about that son recently has been deleted on enWP. From what I've read, Svante Arrhenius is Olof Thunberg's grandfather who Olof's son Svante Thunberg was named after. No, Arrhenius was not Olof Thunberg's grandfather (so you will find no reliable source making that claim).

From what I can see on a genealogy website, Olof's grandmother Augusta Margareta Thunberg was a

2nd cousin

of Arrhenius.
