This article fails

WP:GACR #1 "reasonably well written" as it is in fact very poorly written. Jezhotwells (talk) 13:37, 1 December 2010 (UTC)[reply

The song is notable because it is the second single of the singer, when her career was not really launched, and provides multiple references from reliable sources (this song has more sources than one of Farmer's next charting singles, as this song is very peculiar in her singing career and therefore is much discussed). And btw, yes, English is not my native language as you can see, but I provided a hard work to build this article, so I don't really appreciate this: "it is in fact very poorly written"... You can say it otherwise, as it is disheartening. Regards, --Europe22 (talk) 15:37, 1 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Well, I have reviewed over 300 articles for GA status, I have written a number of books and I am sorry to say that this is very badly written and certainly does not meet GA standards. If you want me to dress that up, I would say that it is amateurishly translated from French. If you cannot write in good
WP:SONG then it may survive. Jezhotwells (talk) 16:24, 1 December 2010 (UTC)[reply

As member of WP projects songs and albums, I know the WP policies. But
WP:NSONG also says: "All articles on albums, singles or songs must meet the basic criteria at the notability guidelines, with significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." It is the case with this article. WP:Notability: "A topic is presumed to merit an article if it meets the general notability guidelines below and is not excluded by WP:NOT. A topic can also be considered notable if it meets the criteria outlined in any of the subject-specific guidelines listed in the box on the right." About the translation issue, I'll ask the help from another editor. --Europe22 (talk) 16:45, 1 December 2010 (UTC)[reply
