I don't understand what aspect of this article is spam. Please elaborate.

As indicated by the reference, the company, its patent applications and its founder are newsworthy. The only thing that might be considered spam is the link to the the company's web site, but this is standard for Wikipedia and in and of itself does not constitute spam.--Nowa (talk) 22:07, 31 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
