Hyphen in title?

Any reason "Patjuk" and not "Pat-juk"? I see it's

WP:COMMONNAME to not have the hyphen per [1]
, but it seems standard practice for many other Korean dishes to hyphenate between the modifier and the class.

For example,

Worth noting the SK govt seems to prefer the unhyphenated spelling. [2] yeah I'll take the L. Romanization of Korean sucks :)
