Memorial at Salisbury hospital?
I think there should be memorial for dear Phil at Salisbury hospital, where he passed away.
My brothers and I are long time fans, based in Wiltshire. I feel sad that he died at all but doubly so that he died when he came to Wiltshire. :(. But I take comfort knowing Phil was loved and appreciated here in Wiltshire. Bless him. 95.147.13.108 (talk) 19:31, 15 October 2022 (UTC)
