- According to www.citypopulation.de (data from census 2016-09-24), Piranshahr County has a population of 138,864. The county consists of Central District and Lajan District. If the city of Piranshahr is fully contained within the Central District, the population of the city has to be less than the population of the county... - 4ing (talk) 08:14, 5 April 2017 (UTC)
