how does Tony Grosso not make the page? He was a major factor in the pittsburgh crime scene? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.60.249.17 (talk) 08:17, 24 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Came to pittsburgh in 2006. And Died in 2007 And made $600,000 and 1 month. He had a kingpin name deryl he was dealing with. From the southside of pittsburgh. From a neighborhood called st.clair village. But it was known as "darkside". Where Deryl was known as Dusto. He worked for the family for a year. And Deciano had made more money. On the southside than any other person. But

Youngstown?

Is this family the same as the one operating in Youngstown, Ohio? Mario Machi of AmericanMafia.com indicates a connection to activities in Youngstown; particularly corruption (historically) in the Mahoning County Sheriff's Office.[1] However, I'm not sure if Youngstown is their "territory", or if there are other families in Youngstown. -- JeffBillman (talk) 15:25, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

68.158.153.13 and Marcetti

The user 68.158.153.13 performed several edits replacing the name of Michael James Genovese with Da'ciano Marcetti. He made similar disruptive edits also on Henry Hill and File:Henryhillmugshot.jpg replacing the name Henry Hill with Aron Burch. Please paid attention at these sneak vandals. -- Basilicofresco (msg) 13:04, 21 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ricky "Sonny" Luciano

I removed this information no reference

Ricky "Sonny" Luciano is believed of being the acting Consigliere after Robert "Bobby I" Iannelli became underboss. Dispite having no direct involvement in any illegal activities. Ricky "Sonny" Luciano, is the alleged boss or acting boss of the Pittsburgh Camorra Crime Family. He is alleged to have been associated with Michael Genovese and John Bazzano Jr of Pittsburgh's Crime Family from 2001 to 2008. He is also believed of being an associated member with strong ties to the New York and New Jersey Crime Families. --Vic49 (talk) 21:27, 27 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The second time I removed the same information about Ricky Luciano by 24.131.223.59. What references do you have to prove this information is real? Just listing Post Gazette as a reference does not work, leave a url or the title of the story and the date of the story. --Vic49 (talk) 15:01, 28 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Removed no references

Removed the information with no references.

  • Ricky "Sonny" Luciano Spraguerelli, Jr. aka Ricky Luciano Sprague, Jr. Great nephew of Samuel "Red" Russotti; Relocated back to Pittsburgh in 2006. Believed to have helped control illegal gambling operations and sports betting operations in Pittsburgh.
  • David Smith Jr – Theft, stolen goods processing, money laundering. Soldier to hierarchy. Charged in 2013 on multiple offenses.
  • Penn Hills gambling machine ring - all names removed except Mauro P. Matone. Matone is cited in the Pennsylvania Crime Commission report as an associate. Other defendants listed had no citation linking to the family, just a slot machine bust. Google and archive records were cross referenced and no indication of any affiliation. 5 members were woman. There has never been a female member of an LCN family.
  • Joseph Sica - #30 reference (date deceased) is a broken link and needs updated or stricken.

Please provide references before posting information.

Certain editors

Alright here's the problem. Alot of people who edit this page had no idea what they are talking about. Let me tell you something, I've lived in Pittsburgh my whole life and I personally knew Sonny and so does everyone else who lives here. Well, I can tell that some people have no idea what their talking about because one time this page said that Sonny was the last made guy here, at one time this page said that the Pittsburgh family was gone. So please only write things like that if you are 100% sure you know what you're saying. And heres another thing do not say that the family has no boss right now because they do but you wouldn't be able to find him on google 2601:549:4482:FE0:8C13:896E:B3D5:AC (talk) 07:58, 27 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
