In a strictly-single-Communist-Party nation, what does "dual-party system" mean? Does Guangdong allow Republic of China's KMT from Taiwan Island or something? Or are there 2 factions of the Communist Party? —96.226.236.234 (talk) 03:04, 27 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
