Can anyone verify that the PSI is managed by the NSC? I am looking all over the internet, and have not been ablw to confirm this.

In spite of the anonymous comment above, this article should not be part of the Wiki Obama Project. It was initiated by President G. W. Bush. Obama's name doesn't even appear anywhere in the article. He has done nothing with PSI other than to have inherited it from the previous administration. There is no mention whatsoever of anything that Obama has done with it other than to mention it in an informal agenda statement. If this is the standard for inclusion of articles in Wiki projects, then almost every existing policy under every administration would result in the inclusion of all articles related to those policies in every president's Wiki project.

Barring a substantial argument to the contrary, I'll remove the Obama Project tag soon. (The question is also raised, Why isn't this article part of the G. W. Bush Wiki Project?) Holy (talk) 05:18, 6 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This statement... "A large portion of states which have been critical of PSI consider themselves part of the Non-Aligned Movement, which indicates that while nominally claiming objections to the initiative for "legal" reasons, actual hesitation towards endorsement might be more aligned with political considerations, such as not wanting to be seen as supporting United States or "Western" initiatives." ... is surely just a statement of opinion, umless backed by a citation?
