What is a "singular application"?

What is a "singular application"? That is mentioned in the first paragraph .

    "...Vook is a New York-based company that publishes digital books that combine text, video, links to the internet and social media into singular applications available both online and as mobile applications..."

I cannot find any definitions of "singular application", in the context of computer applications. Or is a singular application NOT a computer application? 68.35.173.107 (talk) 15:12, 7 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
