Ruh does not mean "revelation"

In spite of what anonymous user 180.215.120.17 has added recently, there is no Qur'anic evidence for this meaning of Ruh (روح). Anonymous user 180.215.120.17 cites the following to back up his claim: 2.87, 2.253, 4.171, 5.110, 15.29, 16.2, 16.103. The first five carry the meaning of "Spirit", the sixth (16:2) has been translated by most authorities as "inspiration", and the last (16:103) does not contain the word روح at all. This user's "contribution" should be deleted.--أخوها (talk) 20:21, 23 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
