I reviewed this under under Wikipedia's new article curation / review process. This process primarily reviews whether or not it should continue as an article. The primary question is whether or not the topic fufills wp:notability. I believe that it does and am passing it.
Once concern is that the editor is obviously wiki-experienced but created this article in one large paste while having only 2 lifetime edits under that user name.
