What exactly is he notable for? The first paragraph fails to mention that in my opinion. Most of the article is just a biography which doesn't seem noteworthy. There are lots of good outstanding Cambodian like him, congrats, but their notability is never going to earn them articles here. There are many journalists that do just as much and I can say for sure, they don't deserver articles either. This man, while seems great, I don't understand his notability. Somaly Mam on the other hand is an example of a Cambodian with more notability; she is spoken of in media all over the world. I hate to write all this, but Wikipedia does have standards and I as a Wikipedian am trying to enforce that. So I would like to hear more. Dear editors working on this article, please provide more material to make this article worth keeping.
