The quality of the writing is poor, and there are several inaccuracies and unclear statements. For example, the energy consumption per capita is given as 17 MW. Is this 17 MWh per year? Must be. 17 MW per capita on average does not make any sense. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.143.165.49 (talk) 04:51, 16 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

"The solar environment is almost similar to Austria. Thus, based on the solar radiation in Finland, Finland could use the solar energy much more intensively."

No sources I found agreed with this statement. http://www.solar4power.com/images/map-europe-E-NA-solar-power.jpg This doesn't. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Hvatum (talkcontribs) 06:55, 23 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

/// This article is a mess of propaganda and opinions, whoever thought it would be a good idea to discuss local politics like the subway system or public transportation should rethink their agenda a bit. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.50.71.0 (talk) 18:21, 24 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Article shows political bias. Facts (Eurostat, http://epp.eurostat.ec.europa.eu/tgm/table.do?tab=table&init=1&plugin=1&language=en&pcode=t2020_31) indicate Finland in top renewable EU countries in 2010. I was looking for current figures, but the way this article is written now doesn't quite help. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 167.202.201.5 (talk) 13:10, 22 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I removed at least some of the ranting. --

Greenpeace Neste Spoil page is short of parody. I expect Bilmar refers to Wilmar International, a Singapore based palm oil company. Watti Renew (talk) 16:00, 5 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
