This Directive has been repealed by Directive 2006/115/EC of the European Council and Parliament of 12 December 2006 on rental right and lending right and on certain rights related to copyright in the field of intellectual property but the article doesn't really seem to mention this, only the Infobox does. -Paul1337 (talk) 00:15, 13 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
