Flag

Is this flag correct? My understanding is that the Eagle flag with red background was adopted after Montenegro's independence. In fact, here is an image of an alleged flag of Montenegro at the time, as per in this article. --Pinnecco (talk) 17:32, 25 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
