Conflict of Interest

The article appears to have been created and updated by someone with a conflict of interest. That said, the Subject appears to be sufficiently notable to warrant an article. But maybe not this article in its entirety. I've hacked things back, but this really needs a more expert eye than mine to work out what is actually notable enough to warrant inclusion. -Hydronium Hydroxide (talk) 13:39, 24 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This name is about to receive some unrelated attention. 2601:243:823:2B9B:46A:A1ED:8E09:C15A (talk) 02:29, 18 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Pseudonym for Joe Biden

A number of editors have added mentions of the pseudonym for Joe Biden which are being summarily removed by others with no discussion. As these additions are well referenced (As in this example), would those removing please advise on their rationale? Lexlex (talk) 18:48, 19 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I stand by the explanation I gave in my edit summary: not related to article subject. Squeakachu (talk) 20:34, 19 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Indeed, so therefore it should probably be a hatnote, no? Lexlex (talk) 20:37, 19 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Meh. I see @Mennowiki has added a hatnote. I don't oppose it, but I don't think it's really necessary either. I don't think there's likely to be any confusion about the two uses of the name. Anyone who searches for the pseudonym and arrives here already knows who they're actually looking for. Squeakachu (talk) 17:10, 21 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I think this hatnote would be useful, except that it’s not due to bias. It says for the pseudonym, see Joe Biden. If you go to the Joe Biden page, thanks to biased editors, there’s no mention of this on his page. The see also section of the Joe Biden page doesn’t have a redirect to a page for the House investigations either. What can we do to fix this? 107.77.202.90 (talk) 22:08, 4 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
This is dumb. Political mudslinging shouldn't be affecting articles outside of the topic area. I'm removing the hat.--v/r - TP 14:53, 24 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
