WP:NBUILDING makes clear that Buildings, including private residences, transportation facilities and commercial developments, may be notable as a result of their historic, social, economic, or architectural importance, but they require significant in-depth coverage by reliable, third-party sources to establish notability. I do not see how this requirement for "significant in-depth coverage" by third party sources has been met. Tagging @Theroadislong: who approved the draft as they may have a different view.
