Clarification needed

The lede says that the Royal College of Midwives

is UK’s only trade union, professional organisation led by midwives for midwives and those that support them.

Is it a trade union or a professional organization? Can it be both? In any event, the sentence needs revision by somebody familiar with the organization. J. D. Crutchfield | Talk 21:09, 28 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
