Sergeant is not an officer rank, so perhaps this guy shouldn't be a notable officer?

The fact is that the regiment is part of the British Army, and as such, is a regiment of the United Kingdom, unlike the Bermuda Regiment. Besides which, Gibraltar (UK) looks like Gibraltar is part of the United Kingdom. Hammersfan 26/05/07, 20.52 BST

What is meant by the claim that the "Royal Gibraltar Regiment is still to sign up to the Armed Forces Act 2011 to bring it in line with British Armed Forces".
