  • Meets newness and length requirements, neutral and free of close paraphrasing. Both hooks are interesting and have citations directly after the corresponding sentences in the body of the article. I prefer ALT0 as less wordy.
I managed to nail down a public domain image of Hoogerhyde's likeness using Internet Archive's "search text contents" function, leading me to dig up a copyright-noticeless 1942 yearbook. I also found a video of him performing some of his neat tricks in a 1937 educational film scanned by British Pathé, which I have added as a sidebar link in the body.
