Should this article's title really be "Sétif, Algeria" or something along those lines? I don't see why "Province" should be part of the title... Jpp42 06:35, 16 April 2007 (UTC)

It fits all of the other provinces, and "Setif, Algeria" would be more reasonably the city. --Golbez 07:00, 16 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
