Dorchen Leidholt link: external or Wikipedia?

Greetings! This post is about the link for Dorchen Leidholt in the article's first sentence, which currently links to this external page.

In my opinion, which is based largely on my interpretation of Wikipedia's

guidlines on external links, it would be more appropriate for that link to be replaced with a link to the main Wikipedia article on Dorchen Leidholdt
.

If the external link needs to be preserved (and I hove no opinion at this time on whether or not it should), then perhaps a better location for it would be under the "External links" section of the Dorchen Leidholdt article.

I'm willing to make these changes, but wanted to provide an opportunity for discussion first. Any comments?

On a related note, I spent just a couple of minutes nosing around the Sanctuary for Families official website, and I'm starting to question the accuracy of the "led by Dorchen Leidholt" clause in the first sentence. According to this link, Laurel Eisner is currently the Executive Director and Dorchen Leidholt is has been the Director of the Center for Battered Women’s Legal Services since 1994. By the way, it appears that Wikipedia does not yet have an article on Laurel Eisner. Of course, if one were created, it would have to conform to Wikipedia's
guidelines for biographies of living persons
.
Any suggestions?
