Dardanian fix

There are sources on internet that say that Scupi was a Dardanian settlement that was turned into Roman colony. This is not confirmed by the archeological excavation in Scupi even though it is found as reference on internet. That internet reference is not verified by the archeologists and don't write it in the article. The archeologists only assume that Scupi was built over a camp of two Roman legions that was erected after the Macedonian-Roman wars.
In any case, the possibility that the Romans built a coloniae over an existing settlement without any sources and included local population is dismissed because of the coloniea title itself. The coloniea settlements were new settlements and inhabited only by Romans. If the Romans built a settlement with the local population they would have named it municipium as it is the case with Stobi. (Toci (talk) 17:26, 20 May 2008 (UTC))[reply]

Crassus' army of 29- 28 BC?

The triumvir Crassus (which is linked here) was long dead at that time, and so was at least one of his sons. Perhaps his grandson ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marcus_Licinius_Crassus_(consul_30_BC) ) is meant here? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:9E8:A3F7:A300:5B9B:588E:BE6E:A053 (talk) 21:53, 1 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
