The URL of the citation on Neptune's seasonal lag appears to be a posting in what looks like Microsoft's version of Yahoo! Groups. Attempts to follow the link led me to a login page. I did not attempt to creae an account or log in to see if I could see it. However, since if the only place you can find a piece of information is a message board then it's probably not a reliable source, I am going to invoke

This page claims that seasonal lag comes from the delay in the changing of the atmosphere temperature. That might be a thing to consider adding, just as a consideration. I'm not an expert, though. Check it out: Space watch--The Seasonal Lag Huskadoor (talk) 01:46, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
